AUSTIN, TX – Officials in Austin are reporting an accident on Texas Highway 71 in Bee Cave that slowed rush hour traffic to a halt Wednesday morning.
According to KXAN, the incident occurred at about 8:45 a.m on TX-71 near the Spanish Oaks Club Boulevard exit. The incident likely blocked at least one lane of the freeway causing a rush hour traffic jam, backing up to the Bee Cave Parkway.
