AUSTIN, TX – A car accident occurred on Interstate 35 on Sunday afternoon. According to KXAN, the collision happened at about 1 p.m. on I-35 between Teri Road and William Canyon Drive. Officers from the Austin Police Department, as well as paramedics, were on the scene. It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved at this time.
Police say the accident was relatively minor. Injuries were reported in the collision, but the extent of those injuries are unknown. Traffic was backed up for investigation and cleanup.
