DEL VALLE, TX – Medics transported three people to the hospital after a vehicle collided with a tree near a Del Valle intersection, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 8:25 a.m. near the intersection of Hokanson Road and Becker Lane, which is just south of the Circuit of the Americas.

Authorities say that extrication efforts were necessary because at least one person was pinned in the wreckage. All three patients are expected to recover.
