Crash Alert: Four hospitalized after after North Austin crash

AUSTIN, TX – Four people, including children, were sent to the hospital following an accident along US Highway 290 north of Austin Thursday morning.

According to the Austin-Travis County EMS Twitter page, the accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. along the 6500 block of the US 290 frontage road. Officials report a total of four patients—two adults and two children—were transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with minor injuries.

No word regarding what may have caused the crash has been released as of yet. However, this is a developing story. We will provide any further information as it is made available by North Austin Police.
