AUSTIN, TX – Officials in North Austin responded to a collision involving five people Saturday, one of whom was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The accident occurred on Interstate 35 near the exit to Breaker Lane north of Austin at about 10:15 Saturday night. Upon their arrival at the scene, paramedics discovered five victims, two with potentially serious injuries, according to the Austin American Statesman.
One individual was transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center in critical condition. Everyone else involved was able to leave the scene without assistance. No word on what may have caused the crash has been made available.
