AUSTIN, TX – Police have identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a vehicle on North Lamar Boulevard last Wednesday, May 18th.

According to FOX 7 Austin, 47-year-old Bobby Owen was struck while walking in the area of North Lamar Boulevard US-183.

Owen was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, whose identity is unclear at this time, was located shortly after and arrested for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
