PFLUGERVILLE, TX – Police are investigating an auto-pedestrian collision that killed one person in Pflugerville on Friday night.

According to KVUE, the accident happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Wells Branch Parkway near Bali Lane in the Mountain Creek area.

Officials haven’t yet shared any details about the crash except to say that the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Their identity has not been established.

It’s unclear if the victim was walking in a designated crosswalk when the collision occurred.

The driver involved in the accident stopped to render aid and to speak with police.

Motorists likely faced lane closures along Wells Branch Friday night while emergency crews worked at the scene.
