BEE CAVE, TX – An air ambulance reported to the scene of an auto-pedestrian crash involving a child in Bee Cave on Monday, reports KXAN.
The accident occurred sometime before 10:30 a.m. on Hill Country Boulevard between Vista Ridge and Market Street at the Hill Country Galleria. This is just west of Austin.
Police haven’t yet shared any information about the collision except to say that a child sustained critical injuries. Medics airlifted the patient to Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Authorities haven’t yet released any information about the driver involved in the accident. They’ve not referred to the crash as a hit-and-run.
