Brain injuries are compensated much higher than soft tissue injuries and in some cases fractures. The amount of compensation is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to, the degree of negligence of the at fault party, the extent or severity of the injury itself, and any present or future impairment caused by the brain injury.
