The lawyers at Funk and Associates work on something called a contingency basis. This is different from the way many lawyers charge fees. At Funk and Associates, our personal injury lawyers do not charge an hourly rate or ask you to put down a retainer. We will never ask the client to pay anything out of pocket to our office, thus, it costs you nothing to hire a personal injury attorney at Funk and Associates. We only get paid a percentage of what we get you. All medical bills any of the expenses that are required to be paid back are paid back from the client’s portion of the recovery.

We know that you are the injured victim. You did not ask to be put in this position, or hurt by a negligent driver. Most of our clients do not have the means to pay for a new car, pay doctors bills, pay lawyers bills, etc. after an accident. We recognize that.

At Funk and Associates, our personal injury lawyers do not get paid until our clients get paid. If our clients don’t get anything, we don’t get anything. We are partners in this case. Once we recover a settlement for our client, we take our contingent fee, pay the doctors, and everything else goes directly to the client.
